Theme 5.  Decimeter. Measuring the length of segments in decimeters and centimeters

In the theme you learn:
• You will learn about a new unit for measuring length – the decimeter and its short symbol;
• You will learn to find the length of segments with a ruler in a picture, write the result of measuring, and change centimeters to decimeters and centimeters;
• You will practice finding the number of units in numbers of the second ten and choose numbers that have the given number of tens and units;
• You will learn to solve expressions with two operations.
