Theme 7.  Addition and subtraction like 10 + 6, 16 – 6, 16 – 10

In the theme you learn:
• You will practice adding and subtracting one unit up to 20;
• You will learn how to add and subtract numbers from the second ten using place value;
• You will learn to compare named numbers in decimeters and centimeters;
• You will practice choosing numbers with the given number of tens and ones;
• You will do mental addition and subtraction "in a chain".
